Our Interview Process

After careful deliberation, PurdueTHINK will invite applicants via email to advance to the interview round. Interviews will be performed in person, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our interview process is design to provide us with a deeper understanding of you and your potential fit within the PurdueTHINK community. For example, you might be asked to recount instances where you have positively impacted a team environment. Or you could tell us of a time when you were able to overcome obstacles, persuading others to go along with an initially unpopular decision.

The interviewer may also be curious to hear more about your background, motivations, and personal journey. Expect to showcase your analytical aptitude through brain teasers and case-style questions. To break it down, the interview consists of 2 parts, each lasting 15 minutes: one focusing on behavioral questions and the other on a case scenario.
